Port Primary Care & Wellness is being designed to offer a more flexible approach.
Instead of automatically requiring patients to pay a significant monthly concierge or direct primary care fee regardless of how often they use the practice, our goal is to create a structure that provides access to personalized care while allowing patients to pay for the services they need.
Final membership options, pricing, and payment details are currently being developed and will be announced before the practice begins seeing patients.
Port Primary Care & Wellness is designed to give patients another way to access everyday healthcare services.
Depending on the final practice model, certain services may be offered outside of traditional insurance billing with transparent, direct-pay pricing.
Health insurance can still be important for services outside of the practice, including emergency care, hospitalization, specialist care, imaging, procedures, and certain prescriptions or testing.
